At Mullarkeys Furniture, we are committed to ensuring our customers’ satisfaction with our products. We understand that sometimes, a product may be defective or damaged. To address such situations, we have created the following return and refund policy:
Return Period Customers must return eligible products within 14 days of the original delivery date.
Eligible Products/Criteria: To be eligible for a return, the product must meet the following criteria:
a. Be defective or damaged upon arrival
b. Be in its original, unused condition with all included accessories, parts, and packaging.
c. Be accompanied by the original purchase receipt or proof of purchase.
Ineligible Products/Criteria: The following products are not eligible for return or refund:
a. Custom or made-to-order furniture that is fit for purpose
b. Clearance or discounted items marked as “final sale.”
c. Items that have been damaged, or altered
d. Any Mattresses
e. Mullarkeys Furniture will not be responsible for deliveries that cannot fit.
Return Process To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
a. Contact our Customer Service team within 14 days of delivery by email at email@example.com or by phone at 071 91 85306.
b. Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
c. Our Customer Service team will evaluate your return request and, if approved, provide you with instructions regarding getting the item back to us.
Shipping Returned Items Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item(s) unless the product is defective or an error was made by Mullarkeys Furniture. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your account within 7-10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for the credit to appear on your account, depending on your bank-Mullarkeys policies.
Exchanges We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a product for the same item, please contact our Customer Service team at firstname.lastname@example.org or 071 91 85306 to initiate the exchange process.
Cancellations Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not been processed, shipped, or delivered. To cancel an order, please contact our Customer Service team as soon as possible.
